Shipping estimates are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders are processed on the next business day after purchase.
If your order is personalized using our Design Service, we will email you one or more design proofs. This does not apply when you create the design directly with our online personalization tool.
If you do not respond before the selected shipping deadline, we will choose the design option we believe will produce the best result and proceed with the order so that delivery is not delayed.
Orders to the United States are shipped from Spain via DHL Express. The purchase price includes all process costs, taxes, and customs duties, if applicable.
Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges under local law. Shipping charges do not include customs processing fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country.
Woodenson reserves the right to decline and fully refund an order if shipping is not possible due to excessive weight or volume.
All Woodenson products include a three-year extended international warranty from the date of purchase.
During this period, we will repair or replace the product at no cost when the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect. The warranty is valid internationally. Damage caused by careless or improper use, water, impact, drops, or normal wear is not covered.
