You can create the engraving for the back of your watch yourself. On the product page for your chosen model, click “Add to cart or personalize” to see the available personalization options. With basic personalization, you can add text, choose from our stickers, or draw your own design.

Products include a three-year extended international warranty against manufacturing defects. If your watch is affected, we will repair or replace it so you can enjoy it in perfect condition.
The warranty is valid internationally. It does not cover accidental damage (impact, pulling, drops, etc.) or wear or damage caused by improper or excessive use.
Wood is a natural material, so slight variations in color and grain are normal. These variations can create lighter or darker areas and make every Woodenson watch unique.
If your watch is under warranty, we will repair or replace it at no charge in our workshop. If it does not qualify—for example because the warranty has expired or the damage was caused by impact or a fall—you may take it to any qualified watch repair shop.
Yes. Watches with link bracelets include a small tool and instructions in the box, allowing you to remove or add links easily at home.
Because it is made from wood, handle it more carefully than a plastic or metal watch. Avoid impacts and pulling, which can split the material. Do not submerge it or expose it to high humidity, as this may damage both the wood and the movement.
Clean it with a slightly damp cloth or wipe. Do not use chemicals or abrasive products, which may damage the finish and deteriorate the wood.
Tip: a small amount of olive oil can help brighten the color and lift surface dirt.
